Two Week Freeze Response

Hello there friends,

Oregon Governor Kate Brown recently announced a two week freeze. For folks wondering if we will be open during this freeze the answer is yes! We do fall under the retail store category. Our capacity is limited to 75% max occupancy which for Springfield Showroom is no more than 40 persons. For our Eugene Showroom its 18 Persons.

Our Showrooms have almost never reached 10 persons at one time. We will remain open through the freeze so feel free to call our offices and someone should answer promptly or return your call. If you must visit the showroom then we hope to communicate that there is peace of mind knowing that we do not experience the kind of foot traffic a grocery store or larger big-box store has.

We will also be providing a version of a curb-side pick-up. Is there a product you saw on our website that you would like to see in-person? Do you have a few samples you’d like to see? Call ahead and we’ll confirm we have them available to check-out! Then pull up, let us know you are here and we’ll safely take it out to you.

We are constantly attempting to adapt to the times and we greatly appreciate the community’s support of local businesses like our own. We hope to continue being a part of what makes your home a home for many years to come.

Our COVID-19 Response

DEAR LOCAL FRIENDS AND FAMILIES,

Everywhere we look we are confronted with news about the COVID-19 virus. It is our sincerest hope that the impact to our community is minimized by the measures everyone is taking. We want to do our part in the fight against COVID-19 and also reassure our existing and potential new clients of our commitment to seeing their current or future construction projects completed.

OUR SHOWROOMS

Our showrooms have always been a great resource to help in the decision-making process of selecting the right materials for a number of essential housing needs. At present both our Eugene & Springfield Showrooms are currently OPEN with the following measures in place:

• Stay home, stay safe. Do not visit our showrooms if you do not need to or if you feel sick.
• If you will be visiting our showrooms please wear a face covering and maintain social distancing of 6 feet from our showroom employees (This is realistically and easily achievable in our showrooms)
• If you plan to touch our samples we will have disposable gloves ready to distribute that we ask you use to minimize contact with surfaces or we ask that you please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water in our restroom before touching and feeling the various samples.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Many of our flooring and countertop distributors remain fully operational. We’ll be maintaining constant communication with all of our suppliers to lessen any disruptions to the supply chain. Please call if you have any questions.

IN CONCLUSION

We hope to keep our showroom locations open. We do not usually experience heavy foot traffic at our showrooms but in the event that we start to, we may feel it necessary to institute a by-appointment-only policy. Please feel free to call at anytime to inquire about paying us a visit. Only visit if it is necessary. We know that many of our customers must have their housing needs met in a timely manner and so we are happy to remain open to fulfill those needs. Our Mckenzie/Holiday Farm Fire Response

How wonderful it is to breathe some fresh air! We needed the rain to refresh us and give us hope. However, we still want to take a moment to extend our warmest sympathies to those who were affected by these fires. Many of you are likely making plans to return to assess the damage to your properties and we can’t imagine how disheartening that may be. We recognize for you this is not over yet. We want to let our community know that we would be more than happy to be a part of the reconstruction process. We intend to approach it with a kind heart and an eager-to-get-you-the-best-deal spirit. Our Mckenzie/Holiday Farm Fire Response

LATEST UPDATE: We are closely monitoring the Mckenzie/Holiday Farm Fire situation. Our heart goes out to all those affected and we are hoping for the best case scenario daily. We see the situation is improving near our Springfield Showroom and we will be making a return to operations in Springfield. Please be safe and refer to our Covid-19 post to help you be informed as to our precautions surrounding the coronavirus.

EUGENE SHOWROOM will be returning to a APPOINTMENT-ONLY status.
